To approach every dog and every human with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for their individual journey, with an understanding that everyone and every dog works differently, and we’re here to support that.
We promise to create a space where struggles are met with support, not shame. Where reactivity is understood and emotions are unpicked, not flooded and feared. Where progress is measured in trust and patience, not perfection.
Inspired by Monty - the dog who turned chaos into calm and challenges into connection - we believe that training should feel safe, empowering, and even joyful.
We know that the best results don’t come from textbooks, and true progress comes from working with the dog in front of us. Through clear communication, positive reinforcement, and corrections when necessary, we utilise the power of play to help your dog be more confident and develop their partnership with you.
We promise to work with you, not just your dog. To honour your journey. To support you when it’s hard. (And to laugh with you when your dog finds a small space to climb inside!)
And above all else, we promise to help you and your dog find your own version of playfulness, and partnership. Because being more Monty means being more you - with empathy, trust, and a wagging tail leading the way.

Imogen has worked with our puppy since he was tiny and we can’t recommend her enough. He’s a tricky spaniel with bags of energy and a high work drive who has required plenty of input from Imogen in these early days. She is patient, supportive, responds quickly and has built a lasting bond with our whole family.
